So... Eurovision and technology? Apparently they do coexist. And especially in Israel

The first ever Eurovision Hackathon, aka, EUROHACK, begins! In this first of its kind hackathon, the startup nation and host of the 64th Eurovision Song Contest, is collaborating with young developers to create new ways for people across Europe to access and enjoy this year’s contest as well as other big music events.

Among the challenges facing the developers during the two day Hackaton: Providing disabled people with an equal opportunity to enjoy the Eurovision Song Contest, as well as upgrading the live broadcast experience for Eurovision Song Contest fans across Europe.

The best solutions will be considered for a pilot by Israeli public broadcaster KAN and the European Broadcasting Union - solutions that can end up accessiable in every household.
