Two Estonian-born singers Ott Lepland (ESC2012) and Tanja (ESC2014) will be giving a joint intimate concert in New York City as part of the Estonian Cultural Days taking place from April 5-9. Two Eurovision stars will perform their latest music on April 8th, 7.45PM at the New York Estonian House (243 E 34th St). Ott Lepland participated at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2012. Ott Lepland qualified Estonia to the final with his song "Kuula", ending up 4th in the second semi-final. In the final, he equalled Estonia's result of 1999 and 2009, ending up 6th. Together with "Urban Symphony" in 2009, "Kuula" gave Estonia its best result in the contest since 2009.
Tanja is an Estonian singer originally born in Kaliningrad, Russia. Tanja moved to Estonia with her family at the age of just two months. Today she’s a household name: a much loved entertainer and a role model in her home country. She represent Estonia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2014 in Copenhagen with her song Amazing.
In addition to the intimate concert both singers will also be present throughout the festival as soloists for an Estonian all-star choir - We Are Family (WAF).
